ORDINARY MEMBER
Ordinary Members are companies actively engaged in the conversion of raw materials into finished or partially finished products, as well as those involved in the design and development of such products. These members may also outsource excess capacity or products that require specialised equipment and/or technical expertise not available in-house.
A printer refers to a dedicated printing business that owns and operates its own printing equipment, executing printing jobs within its facility. Typically, these organizations also provide complementary services such as graphic design, binding, and finishing, offering customers a comprehensive printing solution. Each printing company may utilize different types of printing equipment, depending on the specific requirements of a project. While some printers specialise in a single printing method—such as digital, offset, flexography, gravure, screen printing, or large-format printing—others may offer a combination of these services.
Organisations that operate as print brokers and/or print management entities, falling outside the definition of a Printer are excluded from membership with Printing SA.

. Graphic Design Only – Must employ in-house design staff and own relevant software.
. Full Value Chain – Encompassing graphic design, printing, and finishing.
. Finishing Only – Specialising in binding, cutting, and other post-print processes.
SPECIAL NOTE
1. The pricing indicated on the application form serves as an estimate and is subject to final confirmation following an in-person due diligence meeting with the respective Printing SA regional representative.
2. Final membership fees will be determined based on the number of employees within your organization and your selection of an Employers' Association.
